As a company our strategy is to provide development and acquisition finance to developers and investors in the affordable, social and subsidized housing sectors. The result is the sustainable delivery of housing – whilst generating a sustainable and predictable risk-adjusted return for our investors. We follow the strategies of:
- Creating new housing opportunities: by way of debt instruments invested into developments (development & construction finance)
- Sustaining completed housing projects: by way of financing completed rental housing opportunities (rental stock finance)
