The result is the sustainable delivery of housing – whilst generating a sustainable and predictable risk-adjusted return for our investors. We follow the strategies of:

  1. Creating new housing opportunities: by way of debt instruments invested into developments (development & construction finance)
  2. Sustaining completed housing projects: by way of financing completed rental housing opportunities (rental stock finance)
