He contributes 48 years of corporate and executive management experience in business, international ventures and South African multinationals strategic engagements. He served as an Executive Director at BMW South Africa for 24 years as well as a further 10 years as Non-Executive Director.

Nomakhosi was the Managing Executive at Vodacom Group (part of the international Vodafone) in the International Business Unit, responsible for Governance and Shareholder Relations. Nomakhosi has previously held the position of Non-Executive Director and Audit Risk & Compliance Member at various Vodacom entities throughout Africa, as well as the position of Non-Executive Director at the South African Board for Sheriffs, which is overseen by the Department of Justice in South Africa.
She completed her articles at Deloitte and is a member of the Institute of Directors in South Africa.

Monhla is a highly accomplished executive and business leader with more than 35 years’ operational experience in infrastructure, development and management. Monhla is a leading Public-Sector manager with considerable experience managing leading State-Owned Enterprises. With her vast knowledge of both the private and public sector, Monhla has a well-established career in corporate governance as evidenced by her history of non-executive directorships in a veriety of industries such as Infrastructure Development and Finance, Utilities, Aviation and Logistics, Skills and Learnership training, Insurance and Investment Management.
She also completed and received several certificates for short courses during her long executive career. She is currently, amongst other, Chairperson of Royal Bafokeng Holdings (RBH).
Chartered Accountant (SA) with B Acc (Hons) Degree (Stellenbosch University)
One of the founding principles of SLM Developments with more than 20 years’ experience in the property and financing industries. He started his career at Investec Bank, spending 9 years specialising in property finance and private equity and then as Group CEO of Uvest Property Group and Sitari Country Estate for 5 years where he successfully rolled out and developed, at the time, the largest integrated housing estate in the Western Cape of South Africa.
He was also responsible for the set up and management of a large-scale residential fund with Old Mutual
Willie joined Creation Capital in 2020 as Chairman of the Investment Committee. He is an industrial engineer, spending 23 years of his career in the banking sector. He worked for Coopers & Lybrand (currently PWC) and was a partner in the management consulting division. He became the South African Consulting Lead Partner for Financial Services and thereafter joined Rand Merchant Bank (RMB) in 1996.
Willie held various roles within RMB, First National Bank (FNB) and First Rand Bank Group, including CEO of RMB Private Bank, FNB Wealth Segment and FNB Commercial. After retiring from FNB on 31 January 2018, Willie is still involved in FNB on a contract basis, mentoring and coaching of Bank Executives, while also serving on some of the Bank’s internal committees.
Freddy joined the Creation Group in 2022 and holds the position of Chief Investment Officer. Freddy is an experienced debt investment specialist, with 12 years of experience in investment banking and asset management (credit fund and specialised finance) on the African continent. He worked for Sanlam as a Debt Structurer, Portfolio Manager and briefly as an Investment Banker for Absa-Group Limited.
Freddy is a qualified Chartered Accountant CA(SA), holds a B.Comm Accounting Honours degree from the University of Johannesburg and is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Mark is an Archbishop Desmond Tutu Leadership Fellow after completing the programme in 2012 and has since advanced representing top young B-BBEE leadership in corporate South Africa. With more than 10 years’ experience as Head of Banking at Investec Private Bank for the Western Cape region, Mark is responsible for strategy and driving growth within the bank. As well as having experience as the head of the Western Cape Acquisition and Corporate Wealth Team, Mark has held a wide range of positions including credit analyst and private banker.
20 Years’ senior commercial management experience, having started his career at the Shoprite Checkers Group where he was instrumental in their expansion of its retail portfolio in Africa. Philip joined Uvest Property Group in 2008 as Operational Director responsible for the overall management of the group’s residential portfolios with Old Mutual. He joined SLM Developments in 2019 as Group Legal and Operational Manager.
Philip holds a B Comm LLB degree from Stellenbosch University and is an admitted attorney of law.

Heinrich, an Executive Director, also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer for Creation Capital. Heinrich is the co-founder of Creation Capital. He practised as an attorney in South Africa, before being admitted as an Advocate of the High Court in 2002. He has been in leadership roles in the asset and investment management industry since 1998. He joined one of the largest and pioneering asset managers in the South African Hedge Fund industry in 1998, as the Head of their legal division. He was a director as well as an executive member of their Investment Committee. Thereafter, Heinrich successfully built an international fund administration business, with numerous funds and global banks as clients. Heinrich is also an expert on family wealth structuring and the co-author of a number of books on international investments and taxation. He is Chairman of a non-profit organisation facilitating social and economic development in South Africa, called the YAY Foundation, and a Fellow of the Institute of Directors in Southern Africa.
