Fund Structure
The structure adapted is an en commandite partnership established in South Africa (the “Partnership”). The Investment Manager, appointed by the General Partner, will be responsible for the overall management of the Partnership and for monitoring the investments. The General Partner will administer the Partnership and report to Investors. To identify opportunities and oversee investments, an Investment Committee is appointed by the General Partner.
